The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine has joined the UNITED24 fundraising campaign to purchase 10 Type C ambulances for Ukrainian hospitals. The initiative, launched under the “Medical Aid” direction, is led by UNITED24 Ambassador Scott Kelly, former NASA astronaut and paramedic. The goal of the campaign is to raise $1,200,000.

In 2025, Ukrainian emergency medical teams carried out more than 4.5 million emergency callouts. Since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion, Russia has damaged or destroyed 495 ambulances, including 46 in 2026 alone. Each new Type C ambulance will help save thousands of lives. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine has now joined this important initiative.

Ukrainian embassies and consulates around the world are joining forces with Ukrainian communities, international partners, and friends of Ukraine to help raise funds for the purchase of these specialized emergency vehicles.
